Wii Wednesday: Wii Fitness Age

OMG! My Wii fitness age is 60! This is extremely embarassing since I'm only turning 30 this year. If this is not motivation for me to exercise more, I don't know what is. I'm going to take the Wii Fitness test every month and update you on my age progression or should I say regression.

Oh my gosh! I've done that kind of thing before! At one point I came back much older than I was- before I started working out and when I was a smoker. I'm not sure if it was motivating or just make me feel hopeless at that moment?! Uggh! I think I would do better today though, you can always turn it around!

My brain age was 70 when I started playing that Brain Age. I'm 29. I think they just want to get you motivated. I bet when you do it again it will go down to about 40.

Thanks for visiting my blog!

My Wii Sports age was 44 and my Wii Fit age was 46...I am 36 so that still was a bummer...but 60! That has to be a glitch in the system! But that's okay...we will be working it out together!
